I'd think that's unlikley. I don't think the figure had much if any parts reuse, and I just can't see the club plunking down cash tooling up a full figure....and if they did I don't think they'd go with "data viper"

What are the chances that tooling and molds were already created for the DV? If they got far enough along in the process, maybe there's still hope we'll see them down line, even if it's only through the subscription line.

Judging from the pictures from Joecon, I don't think that he was a tooled figure.

I honestly cannot express how disappointed I am that this guy got canceled. This was such a cool and exciting idea and I was really looking forward to getting him and now? ...I am so upset.
