Hi everyone,
I've been working on an excel spreadsheet for my Checklist for about 5-6 years now, I got it to where I want as far as the toys themselves go, but I'm only now starting to add in things like Filecards and Blueprints. What I'm hoping is that I can post about all the variations I find or need to find for the checklist to be complete, and anyone else can confirm or add to what I have found.

1982

Breaker
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Clutch
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Flash
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Grand Slam
-Original Filecard

Grunt
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Hawk
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Rock 'N Roll
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Scarlett
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Short-Fuze
-Original Filecard
- Mark W. Brenstan Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Snake Eyes
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Stalker
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Steeler
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard (Gray)

Zap
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Cobra
-Original Filecard
-Redback Filecard

Cobra Commander
-Original Filecard (Rough Cardboard)
-Redback Filecard
-1983 Release Filecard

I couldn't find any variations for the Blueprints of this time. and I'll do more years later, I don't want this to be one enormous post.
Thanks again for any help.

Here is a link to the filecard variations page on yojoe. There are a lot of variations in the text that you are missing.

http://www.yojoe.com/action/variations/varfile.shtml

Yojoe is a great site for its archives and research potential.

I've used it to help me track a number of variations down, but I think that there are more than on the list, and I'm seeking visual proof of many of them to verify.

All of the 1982 Vehicles have at least 2 variations of instructions.

Mobat - Battery and operation clarification

HAL, MMS, JUMP, RAM - with and w/o figure

FLAK- Mobile Striker Force text removed

Missile Command HQ - Assembly for step 6 and 7 changed

There are a bunch more throughout the years, some are mind boggling insights while other are just typical mistakes, most improve of previous versions.

Couldn't tell for sure if you were only after 82 toys or all of them but I know there's definitely a variation on the Surveillance Port blueprints. The main console's stickers are reversed

Here's a comparison
