Yep when you slide the lever on the top of the plane the wheels go down and the wings out. Slide it the other way and the wings fold in and the wheels go up into the plane

Pictures of the cockpit disassembled. Hopefully it can be retro-fitted with a V1 Skystriker cockpit? Anyone have any input?

I'm pretty sure the original "cockpit" is just the two removable seats. The only difference would be the original bottom fuselage has tabs/slots to secure the seats in place. You might be able to set the two seats in the new one but I don't think they'll stay put

Affirmative. The Vintage Skystriker had two individual seats - one for the pilot and one for the RIO - which you could remove and throw (and hopefully the chute deployed) for a pseudo ejection seat.

I bet with a little work Hasbro could have made it be a two-seater. I bet they'll retool it if these things fly off the shelves and hopefully if they release a new Night Boomer it'll be a two-seater.

I dunno...The limiting reason you can't fit Two 25th style figures into a Sky Striker is generally their inability to sit with their legs at a full 90 Degrees.

Speaking of the Skystriker...

Got word from Todd @ Kokomo Toys that he is reasonably sure his Hasbro shipment of the 30th Annie 'strikers will be on hand at COIL Con. I have been told that there will be "PLENTY" to go around.
