For example, amidst all of the Duke, Snake Eyes & Cobra Commander figures, which ones represent the character the best to you?

For me:

Storm Shadow = HoH version
Cobra Commander=Resolute version
Snake Eyes = POC wv 4
Firefly= HOH version
Beachhead = POC wv 1
Flint=Resolute version
Destro=Chrome Boxed Set version
Zartan=Resolute version

Anyone else?

Flint: Resolute (but I like the custom one I had made better)
Beachhead: 25th Single Carded
Scarlett: Renegades
Lady Jaye: DVD set
SE: PoC Wave 3
Firefly: RoC
Storm Shadow: Renegades (but with the V2 head)

I'm just not digging the look of the Renegades SS..while it is certainly more realistic, I think SS is just one of the few characters that I don't prefer being updated. I'm hoping it grows on me once I see it.

Cobra Commander: I still use the first five pack one, but I want to replace his head with a Best of the 80's head. I like that he has the stripes down his leg like the original toy did. I would like to see them remake CC though.
Destro: I use the first five pack one, but with the chromed head from the Breaker comic pack. (I have the IG one with all my IG troopers)
Storm Shadow: I'm still using the first five pack one. I don't like that the HoH one didn't have sleeves.
Zartan: I use the one that came with the Chameleon.
Firefly: There really hasn't been a perfect one yet, but I use the first single packed one since it is the closest to the original figure.
Serpentor: I took pieces from each of hte figures. The majority of him is the DVD pack though.
Major Bludd: I like the extreme conditions pack one.

Duke: I'm still using the first five pack one. I don't like his arms or his head, but none of the others look enough like the original figure to replace him.
Snake Eyes: In my original 13 set up I use the HoH Commando and in my general set up I use the HoH visor version.
Flint: HoH
Lady Jaye: DVD pack. This is one of the few instances where I don't use the one that looks more like the original figure, but this one's head is just a lot better.
Scarlett: Five pack version with Glenda's head.
Breaker: I use a fixed arm Breaker that came with the RAM but with the comic pack Breaker's gear. I also replaced Clutch and Rock n Roll's bodies with fixed arm Breakers.
Beachhead: Comic pack all the way.

That's all I can think of right now. I have separate displays for all my PoC and Movie stuff. They don't get into my main display unless they are like Low Light and are obviously designed to look like the originals. There are even some instances that I like the PoC version better, like Wave 4 SE, but he just doesn't quite fit in with my classic display, so he goes on a different shelf.
