Here are a few vehicle WIPs. The first is an “up-armored” VAMP MK II. I gave it the Retaliation frame and missile box, but kept everything else the standard PoC version. I painted the missile box and support stand black, and the missiles OD green; with Krylon Fusion paint. Eventually I’ll get around to adding the stickers, painting in the head and tail lights, etc. like I did with my other VAMPs, but this is just to showcase how much better the new parts can make it look.

The second is an Oktober Guard BTR-60 made from the body of the Captain America APC, but repainted. (Black and green Krylon Fusion, Testors Model Master red and aluminum.) While not exact, it’s very close. When I was looking up Soviet era BTRs, some had an open troop compartment, and one variant was 6x6. This APC is 6x6, and it has a half open troop compartment, so it worked out great for a fictionalized version of the BTR.

I don't like the Captain America weapons, so the primary payload on my version is an anti-vehicle/aircraft four barrel rotary cannon taken from the PoC HISS. Some of the newer Russian BTR-80s have the Russian YakB-12.7 four barreled rotary cannon, so this works.

It can even fit the OG motorcycle; though it can’t function like the Captain American version that originally came with the APC.

The second configuration is a Gatling gun taken from the PoC VAMP. Good for infantry and unarmored vehicles.

The final is the PoC HISS 90mm cannon, which will become the Russian 2S9 Nona Mortar Cannon for the purpose of the fiction.

I was also testing out a version with the Retaliation HISS turret, as that has some nice extras like smoke grenade launchers, cargo rails, ect., but it’s just too small to use.

(As a side note from above, I also tweaked some of the OG figures. Iron Bear’s head was too tiny to even look realistic, so I swapped it out with a modded Renegades Law head; which looks almost dead on for Iron Bear’s appearance in the comic. As for Horror Show, I ditched the German Panzerfaust 3 the Club gave him, and instead, equipped him with his classic RPG-7. Plus, I added a few extra RPG shells to his backpack so he has more than one shot.)

Finally we have an Oktober Guard FAV (Fast Attack Vehicle) based on the Retaliation AWE Striker. I hate the AWE Striker, but the new roll cage and roof was enough for me to overlook it and repaint it an OD green and add on 1989 Stalker’s MG painted black. I kept the missile launcher and big missile (sans the grappling rope) because it looks like some huge, honkin' Soviet-era missile with a ridiculously large and ostentatious warhead.

The only other thing I’m waiting on, are Okotber Guard stickers with the official OG logo; which I have to have custom made since no one has the exact type I’m looking for.

(...And yes, Horror Show is missing his left hand. I didn't get it when I opened my con set, but the Club will be sending me a new one...)

When I find the Ninja Combat Cruiser I might have to do that to my spare VAMP. Very cool!

Those are some inspired customs! The Captain America tank as a BTR is genius, and I especially like the turret configurations and how the bike fits in the back.
