Cool show as usual. Speaking of Ray Stevenson as Firefly, If he can't change his accent (although I think he probably can as I don't remember one on Punisher) The writers could change his background a little to make him come from an IRA splinter group where he learned about bomb making and thus helping him to turn into the sabotuer Firefly. (course this is assuming the writers are that worried about it, Stevenson can't change his accent & the fans wouldn't freak out about it :) )

On a side note, I need to thank Greg's girlfriend for picking my name in the Skystriker contest. Thank you guys for hosting the contest and for making this podcast every week.....now I have to clear off my Flagg to make some room :D

Since I am Catholic (the non practicing type mind you) I thought about the IRA thing but you never know who might take offense to it so I skipped it. I think this idea is entirely plausible.

Congrats on the Skystriker. It is going out this weekend.

Glad you made it through the first three. Those first couple of eps were raw compared to what we we're doing (or trying to do) now.

I kind of like the community giving us a nickname. It is like how a pilot gets his callsign.

Up to episode 8. I am traveling a lot this week, so I should get caught up, which will suck for me. Instead of having a back log of shows to go through, I will have to wait. Great stuff! Keep it coming.

How about "The Jugglers"?

Haha, that's exactly how I felt when I first started listening to the GI Joe Review. I was listening to an episode a day, just flying through them.

And I like the Jugglers :)

Hilarious show guys! I think that's the most I've laughed out loud while listening (which drew many stares from my wife since I had the headphones on :) ) I think I have to agree with Chuck on Zartan not having a costume (Although I think the figure itself looks good) but I'm very biased against sideshow figures since they're so expensive. I've seen the same scale with great detail for the $30-$50 price range so I will never understand the over $100 price of Sideshow (especially since the only Sideshow figure I have I bought for $25 and it was only 50% off original retail price)

Show notes for episode 13:

Craig from The Fwooshcast joined us! The Fwooshcast is a podcast about toys and action figures! Each week Craig, Sam, and Stu tackle the weeks toy news and do reviews on things they have picked up. Their My Little Pony episode is recommended listening. :D
Terry Dizard from YoJoe.com was our guest intervew for the episode. Terry recommended we check out the Magazine side of the site for a trip back in time, and the Preproduction area is great as well.
Sideshow Collectibles Zartan and Rock 'n' Roll revealed.
Skystriker has started hitting retail.
Target DCPI search tool for the Skystriker
How to "fix" the wing on the new Skystriker
GI Joe Renegades - Revelation pt. 1 review

Don't forget to channel your inner Major Bludd and send us a GI Joe haiku for your chance to win the Collector's Club Dr. Venom and Air Adventurer sets! Email a haiku to WhatsOnJoeMind@gmail.com for your chance to win. Entries must be received by Tuesday before recording time, and will be selected by next week's guest Gary Head.

Thanks for listening!
