I know G.I. Joe Extreme isn't exactly popular but there are still some interesting topics to cover under their banner.

Lately I've been interested in tracking down Unreleased Extreme items that were later recycled into other toy lines. And I figured that was a subject not a lot of people would even be aware of. So I thought I'd post a list of what I know about, and see if anyone had anything to add:

Ice Station Zero was released as the Batman Ice Fortress.

Most of Thundering Fury made it to market as the Small Soldiers Buzzsaw Tank.

I'm sure most people know Funskool released the Tiger Hawk.

Mayday's rocket ski backpack was altered and released with Robin in one of the Animated Batman lines.
That's all I'm aware of regarding things that actually made it to store shelves. Anyone have anything to add?

Roger

I find humor in the fact that the Extreme presentation mock-ups are X-Force and the final use for some Extreme stuff ended up Batman.
Marvel vs DC without intent. heheheh.

Really. After all this time I don't think I've ever seen an Extreme mock up? Plenty of prototypes and design drawings, but no mock ups.

That's pretty interesting. I never knew these were once Extreme toys
