Well, maybe not. Functioning at least.

I've been collecting Joes since Christmas of 1984 when I got my first 2 sets and 4 figures: The Transportable Tactical Battle Platform, The Snowcat with Frostbite(always thought that was weird, we live in FL), Dusty, Ripcord and Airtight. After that, it was clear to family and friends that there was no need to agonize over birthday or Christmas presents. They just had to check with Dad to find out who/what I already had

Many years later I still collect feverishly, and that fever has also brought symptoms of army-building and prototype collecting(as with most, thanks to Gyre for helping me get into that).

Currently single and unemployed, but hopeful.

The curse of Gyre has reached another joe collector. Luckily, I was infected years before he showed up and I have learned to cover up my disfigurement. LOL.
